New Students

In order to register at Eagle High School, you will need to provide the following:

• Current immunization record
• Verification of current residence in the EHS attendance area
• Birth certificate
• Transcript of high school grades from previous high school (highly recommended)

Transfer students (mid-year):

• All of the above, plus
• Check out grades from previous school

Students receiving Special Services:

• A copy of current IEP/504 for proper class placement
