Transcript Request

Current Students

Transcript request forms are available in the Counseling Office or you can download the form and bring it to the office. Transcripts are processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Former Students/Graduates

Please provide a written request by completing the Transcript Request Form, and mailing the request to Eagle High School, Attn: Transcript Requests, 574 N. Park Ln, Eagle, ID 83616 or hand deliver the form to the Counseling Office.

There is a $2.00 fee for each copy that is mailed or picked up. Transcripts are processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
